Wash a bunch or two of kale and remove the hard stem.
Chop into large pieces (2-3 inches across), spin dry well.
Place in a bowl and toss w a generous amount of olive oil.
Place on a cookie sheet – sprinkle w salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 for 10 mins – turn chips and bake for another 10 mins.
Eat like potato chips. Yummy!
* Note from the farm – crumble the kale over freshly popped popcorn.
